Our historical Supply Chains – #6 – Thailand: Phyllanthus BIO

A few years ago, a Karen minority producer decided to sow phyllanthus stones in the Thai forest; a real exploitation is thus born.

 

The fruits are collected manually, washed and dried. Its exploitation is certified organic. From this crop, new plants are studied, other associated producers, crop trials are set up for recovery. These various crops will provide a sustainable source of income for producers.
